BY-SWF Axial flow fire exhaust fan (mixed flow fan)
The BY-SWF series of mixed flow fans are designed with a meridional acceleration method and a "quasi-ternary" flow theory design, using a linear outer cylinder, a tapered hub, and a twisted airfoil blade structure. A new type of fan between a centrifugal fan and an axial fan, also known as a diagonal flow fan. It has the advantages of both, that is, the wind pressure is higher than that of the same type of axial flow fan, and the air volume is larger than that of the same type centrifugal fan. It has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, small size, compact structure and convenient installation.

The SWF mixed flow fan is interposed between the axial flow fan and the centrifugal fan. The impeller of the mixed flow fan allows the air to perform both centrifugal movement and axial movement. The movement of the air inside the shell mixes both axial flow and centrifugal motion, so it is called "Mixed flow."
The structural characteristics of the fan are mainly composed of impeller, casing, deflector, motor and other components. The impeller is welded to the hub using a twisted plate with a meridional acceleration feature. After dynamic balance check, overspeed test, has good aerodynamic performance. The casing is round and integrated with the sound absorbing collector. The outlet is equipped with a baffle with good airflow distribution and stable pressure.
The performance selection of the fan is the performance within the highest efficiency range. It is divided into five characteristics according to the flow rate. When selected, the performance table shall prevail. The performance of the qualified product of the fan shall not exceed ±5% at the rated flow. The performance selection table is the performance under standard conditions. The standard state atmospheric pressure is 101325Pa, t=20 relative temperature φ=50% air state, and the fan installation mode can be divided into vertical or horizontal.
